Fox View Cottage is a new, custom-built home in a very unique setting. The cottage is perched at the base of Lookout Mountain on an eleven-acre parcel that extends up the side of the mountain. From the enormous front porch, you have a commanding view of Fox Mountain which straddles the Alabama/Georgia state line. Gently rolling hills and manicured fields are framed by a meandering fence. The bucolic scene is stunning. The back of the home rests over a giant outcropping of boulders. In fact, a small section of the back deck had to be cut away in order to accommodate one of the boulders. Wildlife abounds in the surrounding woods and rock formations. While relaxing in the peace and quiet of the cottage, you feel completely detached from civilization, but you aren't. This gem is only a 5-minute drive from I-59 and you can be at the closest supermarket in Trenton in only 7-8 minutes. 25 minutes to Chattanooga, 15 minutes to Cloudland Canyon State Park, 25 minutes to Mentone, AL. Central to so many attractions. Come stay with us!
