We are a retired Army family. Rick served 26 years on active duty, I served five years. Rick is originally from Louisiana and I'm from Massachusetts. We met in Germany. We've lived in Huntsville, AL for 13 years, since Rick left active duty. We have two adult sons. When our oldest son took a job in Fort Payne, AL  in 2017 we were introduced to Lookout Mountain. We fell in love with it  instantly and started looking for a cottage so we could spend more time in the area. It took us a year and a half to find this jewel but it was worth the wait! The first time we visited Rising Fawn and saw this home, it spoke to us. We knew it was "the one". Our goal is to attract people to our space who want a unique, peaceful, and really lovely Lookout Mountain experience. Fox View Cottage is where we go to get away from the daily grind, reconnect with nature, and get re-charged. We think it will do that for you too.
